From our exclusive collaboration with adidas we can now reveal the third and final instalment from our Retro vs. Marble pack, focusing on the ZX8000.
The adidas Originals ZX 8000 launched in 1989 and promptly set a world record at the Rotterdam Marathon. Fast-forward to today, and this classic runner remains one of the most iconic and revered ZX models. These shoes feature the revolutionary TORSION® midfoot support that put the ZX family in a class of its own. The lightweight mesh upper is supported by suede overlays, a pairing inspired by the adidas archive and includes lightweight EVA cushioning, a heel stabiliser and a slip-resistant rubber outsole.
The first exclusive ZX8000 from this pack showcases a ‘90s style retro classic in a mid grey, metallic silver and purple colourway.
The second ZX8000 features a black, pink and emerald colourway with our exclusive marble effect on the side panels, highlighted by adidas’ classic 3 stripes in metallic silver.
This limited edition adidas x Offspring ‘Retro vs. Marble’ pack is available in all Offspring stores and online here.
With the ‘90s fashion revival well and truly taking hold, it seemed the ideal moment for adidas Originals to team up with the womenswear mecca that is Topshop.
Sportswear has resurfaced as a key element in our Spring wardrobe and this feminine collaboration has a simple, luxe aesthetic that encompasses adidas’ classic styling with Topshop’s rebellious flair.
The collection is inspired by the London landscape, which is reflected in the bespoke prints that adorn the 3 classic adidas footwear silhouettes, the Superstar ‘80s, Tech Super and Mattitude High Top.
The 3 adidas Originals x Topshop styles are currently available in store at Offspring Selfridges and Offspring Topshop London.
In celebration of Reebok’s 20th anniversary of the iconic InstaPump Fury comes an exciting new collaboration with Frank the Butcher, using one of the sneaker world’s most renowned design experts to rework one of Reebok’s most innovative silhouettes.
Frank’s development from sneaker fan to a respected designer reflects in his designs, showing genuine passion and individualist design that make up his signature aesthetic. Also known as the ‘Father/Daughter’ pack these limited edition InstaPump Fury’s were inspired by the creative talent of Frank’s daughter, resulting in two colourways that could be worn by both men and women.
The collaboration falls under Frank The Butcher’s Business As Usual (BAU) collection and have the signature slogan “All Is Fair” embroidered over the toe box. They feature a woven jacquard splatter design across the upper in either nude or candy pink, colour block leather accents at the toe and heel, a white Hexalite sole unit and of course the iconic Pump mechanism.
The 2 colours of the limited InstaPump Fury x BAU are only available in store in Offspring Selfridges London.
Offspring have once again teamed up with adidas to produce a pack of six exclusive colourways on three new and iconic models.
Working under the design theme of retro vs. marble, we can exclusively reveal the first pack that focuses on the ZX 710 to coincide with the re-release of the much anticipated OG colourway.
The retro classic colourway draws inspiration from the classic adidas Race Walk whereas the marble option mixes grey suede, neon pops and marble patent to give this model a more contemporary feel.
First pack launches Saturday 8th February in all Offspring stores and online at www.offspring.co.uk.

The infamous German sportswear giant adidas has a keen eye for exciting collaborations with avant-garde designers such as Rick Owens and Yoji Yamamoto, and now with British product designer Tom Dixon. Known for his interiors, furniture and lighting, it is a unique choice of collaborator who has never experimented with footwear and apparel.
Combining an architectural view of form the footwear has a bare essence of functionality with its detailing stripped back. Sports footwear and apparel is naturally highly functional and Tom Dixon’s explorer style keeps it durable but also with intention to transcend the seasons.
The blue, grey and black shoes combine rough suede and nylons and give a military/camping style with a heavy tred sole unit. With raw edges and simple lacing the styles are utilitarian and designed to fit in the perfect ‘capsule’ wardrobe.
This unexpected collaboration from adidas shows us how sportswear is not only using fashion to create new and exciting ideas but branching out to the world of product design and architecture to help evolve the nature of sportswear.
The adidas x Tom Dixon footwear is only available in Offspring Selfridges London, Poste and Poste Harvey Nichols London.
The fusion of high fashion with our favourite sneaker brands always manages to deliver and the latest collaboration sees Converse join forces with avant garde French fashion house, Maison Martin Margiela. As part of Converse First String this limited edition collection celebrates craftsmanship, authenticity and collaboration at the highest level.
The first time collaboration features the Chuck Taylor All Star and Jack Purcell silhouettes, which are each completely hand painted in Maison Martin Marigiela’s iconic white paint. Coating the entire upper, eyelets, laces and soles, the paint will naturally crack with wear to reveal the original colours beneath.
Founded in 1988, Maison Martin Margiela is a fashion house that often sits outside the conventional fashion framework. An architect of fashion, the collections are well known for reinventing silhouettes, modifying shapes and changing the original use and movement of garments.
Their identity aligns perfectly with Converse’s philosophy of being a platform for creativity. “The Maison has always been obsessed with white; it is used as a layer to give an incognito feeling. A sort of poetry, with the passage of time, the shoe asserts itself” says Maison Martin Margiela.
These unique styles will be available in 4 colour ways from Converse’s archives; red, black, navy and Margiela exclusive vintage yellow and are all lined in premium off-white leather.
This pack will only be available in store at Selfridges London, from 20th September 2013.
The latest collaboration from Converse Jack Purcell meets the worldly heritage of Canada’s Hudson’s Bay Company. They have taken the iconic multi-stripe blanket with the equally iconic Jack Purcell trainer, executed in the Hudson’s Bay primary signature colours. For the first time ever, the classic woollen blanket is used in these unique styles for Autumn 2013.
Taking the unisex Jack Purcell and women’s Helen models, each style embodies the Hudson’s Bay wool point blanket stripes, featuring threaded stitching, antique brass eyelets, Jack Purcell and Hudson’s Bay logos and an official “Seal of Quality” maintaining the authenticity of Hudson’s Bay Company.
Founded in 1670 Hudson’s Bay Company is one of North America’s oldest lifestyle brands and for more than two centuries the point blanket has been a familiar staple in homes across Canada and around the World. Mirroring the iconic design, the wool used on the trainers is dyed before it is spun and is air and sun dried to brighten the colours.
The Converse Jack Purcell X Hudson’s Bay Company collection will be available from Offspring Selfridge’s London.
For a decade, Adidas and world renowned fashion designer Yoji Yamamoto have enjoyed a successful partnership with the luxury sportswear brand Y-3.
The latest of Yamamoto’s avant garde designs is the Y’s Super Position from the Adidas Consortium Super Position Pack where the designer has used his Japanese perspective to rework a classic Superstar shape, using premium materials.
From the suede lace stay and soft leather lining, to the smooth leather toe box that replaces the iconic shell toe, this trainer is executed to the highest standard.
The most striking addition to this iconic silhouette is the re worked 3 Stripes, which sees the infamous linear logo outlined as a set of zig-zagged threads that hang past the sole.
This collaborative piece of trainer art is currently available in OFFSPRING Selfridges London.
