Coming Soon | adidas Originals SS15 “Island Series”

SS15 brings the return of adidas Originals “Island Series” representing an early ‘80s adidas legacy. This much anticipated reissue showcases the Samoa, Hawaii, and Tahiti models returning for the first time since their creation.

The casual “tennis” sneaker style started in the late 70’s/ early 80’s and has since has a reintroduction into contemporary culture. From the adidas archives comes 3 OG models, each named after places in the world and they remain true to the original.

First up is the Samoa, launching on Saturday 18th April

Next up is the Hawaii, launching on Saturday 9th May.

And finally is the Tahiti, launching on Saturday 16th May.

The Drop Date: Saucony Originals “Fresh Picked” Pack

SAUCONY ORIGINALS introduce us to two versions of the SHADOW 5000 that are perfect for the trainer enthusiast who likes berries or who just appreciates a good looking colourway The pairs inspired by blueberries are, unsurprisingly, predominantly blue with pops of turquoise on the logo and lining to add extra hits of colour. The blackberry pair go for purple as the main colour, with hits of grey used on the logo and heel. Both versions use black to contrast and tone down the bright uppers, with crisp white midsoles finishing off the look. Both colourways are perfect for the spring and we think they’d make a welcome addition to any wardrobe.

The SAUCONY ORIGINALS SHADOW 5000 FRESH PICKED PACK is coming soon and will only be available in Offspring Selfridges London and Offspring Shoreditch.

Coming Soon | adidas Originals Superstar “Deluxe” Pack

The iconic Superstar 80’s silhouette has embraced it’s history with the “Deluxe” pack, an adidas Originals release of some classic Superstar colourways that pay homage to the trainer’s original roots.

Constructed in a fresh, luxury off-white leather, the ever-popular shoe is enhanced with assorted three stripe branding that decorates the side panel.

The inspired launch is finished off with signature details such as the perforated side panel, gold foil blocked tongue branding, complementary trefoil branded heel tabs and the unmistakable rubber shell toe.

The adidas Originals Superstar “Deluxe” pack will hit stores and online soon in 4 colourways.

COMING SOON: Air Max 93 “OG” Pack

It has been over 20 years since Tinker Hatfield created the Nike Air Max 93 and this retro style is back with the “OG” pack, sporting the original “Citrus” and ” Menthol” colourways.

Keeping true to the original design, the Air Max 93 features a white leather and mesh upper with the classic bright 90’s colours on selected panels. With a neoprene sock like fit, reminiscent of the Huarache and Mowabb, the Air Max 93 was the first to feature a blow moulded cushioned sole with all around visible Air Unit, dubbed the ‘bubble’.

Air Jordan III ‘Powder Blue’

One of the most popular Jordan models, the Air Jordan III is back with a fresh colourway for 2014. The ‘Powder Blue’ features a soft blue nubuck leather upper, accented with black and the iconic elephant print along the heel and toe cap. A classic silhouette that keeps coming back with an exciting mix of fresh and OG colourways, it’s understandable that it has become a Jordan lovers favourite.

Released on Saturday 18^th January, the Air Jordan III ‘Powder Blue’ is available at all London Offspring stores and Offspring Selfridges in Birmingham and Manchester.

Jordan 5 ‘Oreo’

With the Jordan 5 model celebrating its 23^rd anniversary this year, it seemed the perfect time to drop a new colourway.

This latest release features the well known black and white ‘Oreo’ colourway. Draped in black nubuck with an anthracite tongue and matching laces. The midsole is a mix of black and white with a flash of classic speckle print, an icy blue outsole and the iconic ‘23’ embroidery on the outside heel.

This limited release will drop in all Offspring stores on Friday 29^th November, also known as Black Friday, when Christmas shopping gets into full swing and online at www.offspring.co.uk from the 2^nd December, so make sure you snatch up a pair before the Christmas shoppers descend.

Adidas Marathon Pack

The City Marathon PT lay hidden for almost a third of a century in the attic of a former Technical Director of adidas, until last year when the prototype was uncovered while the 90-year-old was moving house. The classic shoe design utilises adidas’ patented Dellinger Web technology, which disperses impact shock to cushion your stride when your foot hits the ground and, in turn, performs like a trampoline to add spring to every step you take.

For FW13 Adidas have re-produced this vintage silhouette with a trio of classic colourways: Berlin, Chicago and New York.

BERLIN – The abundance of blues throughout the Berlin colourway of the City Marathon PT evokes the vivid blue skies that can now be seen where the Berlin Wall once stood.

CHICACO – The Chicago colourway of the City Marathon PT, with its chrome tones and shiny silver stripes, echoes the glistening skyscrapers that stand proudly across America’s third city.

NEW YORK – The sharp grey overlays and light grey stripes used in the New York colourway of the City Marathon PT reflect the industrial hue of the iconic Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, which links Staten Island to Brooklyn.

The shoes also give a subtle nod to marathon racing by incorporating the distance it takes to complete a marathon course, 42.195km, as part of the branding.
