Air Jordan XII Bordeaux

The Air Jordan XII Bordeaux is set to launch this Saturday. The Air Jordan XII has always stood for luxury, where various designs have been brought to life in new colours and various materials. The Air Jordan I was named after the iconic basketball legend, Michael Jordan and has since been an all time favourite style shoe on and off the court. The latest version arrives over twenty years after the ’96 original was first exhibited, sporting a suede construction in a mature Bordeaux shade. We have been slightly quiet of recent when it comes to choosing our favourite Instagram, but choosing top accounts takes time. We have recently come across @ellleam who proves to be a loyal fan of Nike. Her sneaker collection shows support to key styles such as the Air Max 97, Air Max 95, Fly Knits, Air Max Jewel and the classic Air Max OG. SOLD OUT: Air Max 97 x Undefeated

The Air Max 97 has to be one of the most iconic releases for 2017. If you think there couldn’t be a bigger launch, be prepared for yet another big release. The Air Max 97 x Undefeated is a collaboration of Nike celebrating the 15 years of the LA sneaker boutique being a big cultural influencer.  The 90’s revival sneaker will be  available in an all black finish and Undefeated branded detailing. Be sure to get your hands on one of these.

Coming soon: The Air Max 1 OG Red

The most iconic sneaker of our time, the Air Max 1 OG 2017 Red is returning. It was the shoe that started it all and the Air Max 87 was the first shoe with the visible Nike Air. What was once thought as outlandish, developer Mark Parker and designer Tinker Hatfield worked closely in pushing the design of the Air Max 87 forward. The 1987 design remains true to form, with key features of the visible air unit, soft white mesh and classic red feature to the mudguard, branding and Swoosh. An essential to your Nike collection.

Nike Classic Cortez KM QS

 

The Nike Cortez made it’s first debut in 1972 and was the first ever track shoe designed by Nike. Designed by Bill Bowerman, who felt that athletes needed a shoe that was comfortable, durable and could withstand long distance running. The protege to sport this shoe was Kenny Moore. The KM QS Cortez are set to launch soon, and the three models set to be released will pay homage to the very first development of the shoe as well as the athlete who sported them. Colours available are yellow, blue and white, all which highlight a prolific sporting event this style of shoe  partook in. Cortez are known for superior cushioning and support, and the latest additions pay close attention to detailing.

The Air Max 1 Jewel University Blue

The Air Max 1 Jewel Blue White is set to launch on the 13th of July. This new release is in perfect time for Summer and set to sell out in minutes. The iconic renditions that first showcased the Jewel motif, this design features a chunky embossed Swoosh.  Premium white compliments  this pair with blue coloured mudguards and the same tonal shade used for the branding at the rear. What sets the new version apart from the classic is the sole unit? a visible blue Max Air unit and a translucent outsole.

Things do come better in twos, especially when you and your partner share an extensive sneaker collection. @Sneakerzimmer‘s account is shared by a couple in Cologne, where their passion for rare but in demand sneakers is displayed in their social account. Brands like Nike, Adidas, New Balance and Asics make a regular appearance.

The Air More Uptempo

The Nike Air Uptempo’s silhouette has been remixed and reworked as of late, where new colour ways and signature detailing has been explored. Making it’s refreshed debut after two decades, the Air icon is now available in another , in-your-face and heavily contrasted look. The 1996 staple features a premium leather upper in White, complete with its iconic “AIR” detailing in contrasting black nubuck and Hits of “Varsity Red” makes its way onto the midsole and toe Swoosh. The Nike Air More Uptempo was sported by legend Scottie Pippen and Pippen’s trademark logo can be found on the heel of this soon to be released shoe
