Celebrating its 30th birthday this year with multiply releases, now here is a special edition of the ‘London Hyperlocal’ OG Huarache. The ‘Triple Black’, one of the most successful monochrome silhouettes out there.
“Have you Hugged Your Foot Today?” the slogan created especially for Nike’s Huarache in 1991. The neoprene layer gives another level of comfort, with a full foot hug. This edition is dressed in special materials, a new toe box mesh and panel overlays. The sole is translucent with the well know quote devoted to the Huarache itself, making this one extra special.
To honour the release, we reached out to our London Offspring Community to find out what the Huarache means to them, David, Jackie, Jamina, Jon, Mo and Tasha provide us with their unique sneaker stories. This half-sock half-shoe creation brings the community together but especially in London, the home of the hype. Check out our Instagram to read their personal stories.

Throughout the 1990’s, Timberland created a host of classics recognised by the world over. Featuring the brands distinguished styling, certain colour ways became notorious along with their incidental nick-names; Beef and Broccoli and Mac and Cheese to name but a few.
Offspring has taken this concept and given it a quintessentially British twist to mark the 20th Anniversary; Tea & Toast.
1996 saw an abundance of cafés on Neal Street and tea and toast was a popular staple within the stores at the time. The collaboration draws inspiration from this landmark year with the 6” Premium Boot, finished in tones alike to the classic snack. Featuring premium full-grain nubuck and leather, the boot is also finished with the Offspring landscape lining in blue to represent classic china.
Launching on 11.11.16 these limited edition boots are accompanied with a bespoke ‘Bread loaf’ printed box and Offspring 20th Anniversary tissue paper.
Combining the old with the new and the 2 most popular trainers, the Nike Air Force 1 and the Nike Flyknit a whole new world of comfort has been created. The Air Force 1 as popular as it is is a heavier sneaker compared to others so the weightless feel to the classic silhouette combined with its modern Fly knit technology is a huge success.
The Nike Sportswear team took their inspiration from long walks through Paris deciding they could make the shoe lighter, more flexible and reducing that dreaded crease along the toe vamp. By using injected unit rubber tooling instead of polyurethane tooling and micro-engineering each stitch they created the featherweight upper for “maximum comfort and minimal weight”.
