We have been slightly quiet of recent when it comes to choosing our favourite Instagram, but choosing top accounts takes time. We have recently come across @ellleam who proves to be a loyal fan of Nike. Her sneaker collection shows support to key styles such as the Air Max 97, Air Max 95, Fly Knits, Air Max Jewel and the classic Air Max OG. A few other brands pull through, such as Adidas, Yeezy and Vans. Scroll through, and enjoy.
We all share a passion for Instagram. It is platform to share ideas, find inspiration and most of all, show off your rare sneaker collection. We starting our weekend with @glackster, who has has an unbeatable collection of Nike Air Max and an eye for creative direction. The shoes are the core focus throughout his account, where attention to detail and colour is evident. Not only Nike focused, expect to enjoy images of Adidas, New Balance, Asics and sneakers for his kid too.

Taking inspiration from the iconic attire of the 1990’s, the adidas ‘Britpack’ celebrates the era in which Offspring was conceived & developed, with an exclusive take on three Original classics; Superstar 80s, Stan Smith and Climacool.
The Superstar 80’s has been ingrained with cues to the heavy-duty, military style boots worn throughout the 90’s. Featuring a full leather upper, gunmetal shell toe, laser cut logo and embossed stripes. The nostalgic nod and seasonal relevance equals a fresh take on a timeless model.
The Stan Smith takes inspiration from the classic monkey boot, featuring a waxed canvas upper in classic khaki with a crepe wedge sole; harking back to the classic 90’s parka. All finished with rich leather heel tab and featuring the iconic British flag, a huge nod to the legendary Brit Pop era.
The Climacool is motivated by the iconic Adidas track top that enjoyed a renowned celebrity endorsement from some of the UK’s biggest bands throughout the 1990’s. This style presents a Climacool mesh in the quintessential blue complete with gum outsole and a luxe nubuck lining.
Launching 28.10.16 the Britpack celebrates Offspring’s 20th year, with all three models sporting an exclusive sock stamp featuring the very first store on Neal Street.

The Adidas Superstar also known as the “shell toe” was originally released as the low version of the pro model basketball shoe. It has since stayed consistently popular through out the generations with the likes of Run DMC making the shoe the staple part of their street wear outfits which resulted in them being the first hip-hop artists to sign an endorsement deal with a corporation as large as Adidas.
The sneaker has gone through some changes over the years whether that be textured uppers, the infamous 3 stripes coming in some more modern colours and more recently the metal toe cap which proved a huge success.
The newest edition to the superstar family is launching on the Thursday – 04/07/16 – and features a copper textured toe resulting in it looking like copper in it’s more natural state. These will also be available in white with a silver textured toe.
