ANIMA have produced a 100% recyclable sneaker made from recycled polyester. The sneakers are built on a mono-material core upper, midsole an outsole made from recycled polyester, designed for closed-loop recycling.
This means that when the shoe wears out, they can make the next pair from the same material.
