    You'll be able to use our delivery table below to determine when your Next Day order will be delivered. Yodel will deliver Express items between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.


    Not all stock is available for Next Day delivery due to not being located in one of our main warehouses. Should Next Day not be showing as a delivery option at checkout, this will be the reason. Some postcode exclusions apply also, this will be mentioned as you checkout.

    Our Standard service is operated by Yodel. Delivery times are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Orders will take up to 3-5 Working Days. During peak times we will do our very best to have your item with you within this timescale, however this could reach 7 Working Days. Collection and deliveries will not occur during UK Bank and Public holidays. Email and SMS tracking alerts will be sent should a valid email and mobile number be given at the point of checkout

    Order your item into our UK OFFICE / OFFSPRING stores. Click & Collect is Free and will be delivered to your chosen store within 1-5 Working Days. Working days are between Monday and Friday excluding public holidays

    International delivery is subject to stock location and availability. Should your item not be available, you'll be contacted as soon as possible.

    DPD Classic will operate our Express delivery to international countries. Delivery is subject to stock availability and location. Full tracking information will be provided by the email address given at the checkout. As the customer, you will be responsible for custom and tax charges.     DPD will deliver our international standard items between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Full tracking information will be provided to the email address given at the checkout out. As the customer, you will be responsible for custom and tax charges. Delivery locations, time and price can be found below

Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Argentina, Mexico and Malaysia. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

Will my item come double boxed?

Most product will be double boxed, please note this may exclude some larger sized styles. 

Can i track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order (UK only). You can track your order by logging into your account here

What if i place an order for more than one item but one isn't available for next day delivery?

We've done everything possible to try and reduce the risk of this happening. If you have placed a multiple order and for whatever reason part of the order isn't available, we follow a simple process to keep you informed:

  • Any available item will be sent Next Day and you'll receive your dispatch email for this.
  • Should an item become unavailable for Next Day, we'll email you to advise of this and have any remaining item that's available sent by standard delivery. You'll be emailed as soon as this is shipped and we'll also refund your postage costs.
  • Should the item no longer be available to ship, we'll send you an email to advise what we have been able to send and what we haven't. You won't be charged for any item that we haven't shipped and we'll also refund your postage.

Why is there an item online but i can't select next day delivery for it?

We've tried to make as much stock as possible available for Next Day delivery. The exceptions for this would be:

How will i know if an item is available for next day delivery?

Once you are in the checkout stage of our site, you'll be able to see which delivery options are available to you. It's at this point you'll be able to see if your item is available for Next Day delivery.

How does delivery with CollectPlus work?

You can have your item delivered to one of over 6500 CollectPlus convenience stores and pick up early until late at a time that suits you. Delivery is £4.99 and your item will be ready to collect within 2-3 working days. You'll be given a list of local CollectPlus points at the checkout stage to choose from.

Once your item is received into your chosen CollectPlus location, you'll receive a ready to collect email and SMS to let you know. Your email and SMS will contain your unique collection barcode which will have to be shown when you collect. This can either be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.

To collect your item, you will also need one of the following forms of ID:

  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Utility bill
  • Wage slip
  • Bank statement

It’s no problem for someone else to collect your item, but they must have your unique collection barcode and your proof of ID.

Any items not collected within 10 days will be returned and a refund will be processed once this is received back to OFFICE. Please allow 5-7 days from the point of return for this to process.

Do you deliver to bpfo or po box addresses?

At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses. This is a service we will be looking to provide in the near future.

How will my order be delivered?

UK: Your items are sent by Yodel between the hours of 0700- 2100 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, Yodel will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.

International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

OFFSPRING cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order

Has my order been dispatched yet?

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your shoes are on their way. If you have not received this email after 2 working days you can contact us on Live Help, Email or Social here and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.

Can I ship to an alternative address?

You can choose to get your shoes delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

Do i need to sign for my order?

All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

Will i need to pay duty on my delivery?

Orders shipped to certain locations will have import taxes (including duty, VAT and other Customs charges, where applicable) added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn't a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.
