Place your order before 9PM Monday to Thursday for Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed between Friday and 12.30pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Some postcode exclusions may result in an additional working day for delivery. This will be advised at the checkout.

It's really simple, an order placed before 9pm will have the option to be sent out on Next Day Delivery. Once your order is placed and you've selected Next Day as a delivery option, your order will be security checked. All successful orders will be passed to our Dispatch Team who will pick and pack your item and get it all ready for collection by Parcelforce, our Next Day Courier. Next Day isn't available on some products and excludes ‘AB30,31,33-38,41-45,51-56,63, DD8-9, DD10, FK17-21, TD15 2, HS1-9, IV1-3, IV4-9, IV10-12, 15-20,30-32,36, IV13-14, IV21-28,IV40-56, KW16-17, PH30-44,49,50, ZE1-3, BFPO' postcodes. Jersey and Guernsey are also areas where Next Day Delivery isn't available.

Next Day delivery is available on orders placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 9pm will be delivered the following working day (If you order Tuesday at 5.30pm, your item will be delivered on Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday, after 9pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We've done everything possible to try and reduce the risk of this happening. If you have placed a multiple order and for whatever reason part of the order isn't available, we follow a simple process to keep you informed:

• Any available item will be sent Next Day and you'll receive your dispatch email for this.
• Should an item become unavailable for Next Day, we'll email you to advise of this and have any remaining item that's available sent by standard delivery. You'll be emailed as soon as this is shipped and we'll also refund your postage costs.
• Should the item no longer be available to ship, we'll send you an email to advise what we have been able to send and what we haven't. You won't be charged for any item that we haven't shipped and we'll also refund your postage.

We've tried to make as much stock as possible available for Next Day delivery. The exceptions for this would be:

• If you live in one of the ‘AB30,31,33-38,41-45,51-56,63, DD8-9, DD10, FK17-21, TD15 2, HS1-9, IV1-3, IV4-9, IV10-12, 15-20,30-32,36, IV13-14, IV21-28,IV40-56, KW16-17, PH30-44,49,50, ZE1-3, BFPO' excluded postcode areas. Jersey and Guernsey are also areas where Next Day Delivery isn't available.
• If the item is only available for shipping from a store location.
• If your delivery location is out with the UK.

Once you are in the checkout stage of our site, you’ll be able to see which delivery options are available to you. It’s at this point you’ll be able to see if your item is available for Next Day delivery.

We double box all items over £70 that we send, you’ll see the ‘Comes Double Boxed’ logo on the product items to confirm this. On rare occasions items may not be double boxed due to the location they’ve been shipped from. This will change over time and we do everything to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Orders shipped to certain locations will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.

You can have your item delivered to one of over 6500 CollectPlus convenience stores and pick up early until late at a time that suits you. Delivery is £3.50 or FREE* on full price products and your item will be ready to collect within 2-3 working days. You’ll be given a list of local CollectPlus points at the checkout stage to choose from.

Once your item is received into your chosen CollectPlus location, you’ll receive a ready to collect email and SMS to let you know. Your email and SMS will contain your unique collection barcode which will have to be shown when you collect. This can either be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.

To collect your item, you will also need one of the following forms of ID:

• Driving Licence
• Passport
• Utility bill
• Wage slip
• Bank statement

It’s no problem for someone else to collect your item, but they must have your unique collection barcode and your proof of ID.

Any items not collected within 10 days will be returned and a refund will be processed once this is received back to OFFICE. Please allow 5-7 days from the point of return for this to process.

At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses. This is a service we will be looking to provide in the near future.

UK: Your items are sent by Yodel between the hours of 0700- 2100 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, Yodel will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.

International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

OFFICE cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order
