Gourmet takes its influence from Italian American culture and the old World Italy. Producing styles that are both unique (Italian-American influences) and yet classic (Old World Italy). With 2 very different ingredients brought together there seemed no better option to Gourmet than to bring on board Ilan Hall for their Fall 2013 shoot. Known for winning Top Chef in America, Ilan takes his inspiration from both Scottish and Jewish cuisine. A perfect match for one another – both inspired by 2 different sides of the coin.
