Nike Vac Tech - Nike Air Royalty Macaroon

With a nod to spring’s bright menswear trend, the Nike Royal Air Mid is a triumph of form and function – technical innovation meets high fashion

Bold, inky colourways stormed the men’s catwalks for spring. Clean lines and easy tailoring found elevation through stamps of painterly green and red. Leading the charge in the footwear department are Nike’s Royal Air Mid trainers. Sculptural in appeal, their unique colour-blocking disregards the individual panels of a regularly stitched shoe. An innovative upper execution involves moulding upper overlays as part of a larger panel to create a simplified X-rayed aesthetic. This futuristic looking silhouette gets an urban kick through a palette of iced peppermint, pillar-box red and deep, chalky purple, all inspired by those pastel-hued French delicacies – macaroons.

The hi-top styling and padded collar promise a powerhouse of support – reminding us that not even the arresting, modern look can undermine the Royal Air Mid’s status as a front runner on the courts. The mighty Swoosh and killer colour range ensure that this flawless shoe has total fashion-meets-sport kudos. The Nike Royal Air Mid takes the hi-top to a higher plane.

adidas Star Wars Collection - coming soon

From a galaxy far, far away, the adidas Stan Smith 80s Millennium Falcon shoe shows up with a patchwork upper that celebrates the heroic efforts of Han Solo and company. This version of the preeminent adidas Stan Smith 80s catches the sneaker icon in a trendsetting mix of 3-D textile and premium leather. Your all clear kid, lets buy these shoes and go home.
The adidas Star Wars X-Wing Samba mixes the iconic colours of the Rebel starfighter, with a Rebel Alliance logo on the upper, a heel print that puts R2-D2 in the co-pilot position, and a sockliner that features an X-wing blueprint. Leather upper. Rubber sole
The Force is strong in this Star Wars inspired makeup. The legendary Superstar was introduced in 1969 as the first low top basketball shoe to feature an all-leather upper and the now famous rubber shell toe. The Superstar has been in production ever since and this often imitated silhouette remains one of the most iconic shoe designs in history. Now the Superstar Vintage has a Death Star theme, incorporating a print of Vaders space station. Leather upper. Synthetic sole
These Star Wars Forum Mids are inspired by the Star Wars AT-AT (All-Terrain Armoured Transport) vehicle featured in the Empires Strikes Back. They feature a machine grey upper with contoured detailing and snow white synthetic sole. The Forum Mid is without a doubt, one of the most iconic styles in the whole pantheon of basketball shoes.
Taking your basketball glory into a galaxy far, far away, the adidas Nizza Hi TIE Fighter shoe hits all the right notes, with full grain leather comfort, a grippy outsole and a bit of old-school TIE Fighter Star Wars inspiration. Styled just like the original, today’s adidas Nizza Hi brings out the best in this 70s basketball shoe with a half-rubber toe cap and a clean, effortless silhouette.
