IMPORTANT INFORMATION - OFFSPRING PASSWORD RESET

Unfortunately we have been the subject of a security breach resulting in unauthorised access to some Offspring.co.uk customer accounts. We can confirm that no credit card, debit card, Paypal or bank details were compromised in any way. Only accounts created prior to August 2013 have been affected, but the information does include name, address, phone number, email address and the password to your OFFSPRING account. We have contacted all affected customers directly via email.

WHAT HAVE WE DONE We have reset customer’s current passwords to protect their OFFSPRING account. The next time they visit, they will need to create a new password.

WHEN AN AFFECTED CUTOMER NEXT VISITS THE OFFSPRING WEBSITE Customers can create a new password by logging into the OFFSPRING website and using the ‘forgot your password’ link. We are also recommending that if customers use their OFFSPRING passwords on other sites that, they also change those.

THINGS CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF Until a customer requests a password reset through the ‘forgot your password’ link on our website, no password reset link will be sent.

We will also never contact customers by phone regarding a customer account password. The protection of customer data is of the utmost importance to us and we are treating this extremely seriously. Our customers remain our number one priority and we have taken the necessary measures to secure all customer information. We will update affected customers if we get any more relevant information. We are sorry that this has happened and we would like to thank all OFFSPRING Customers for their continued support and understanding. For further information, we have included a ‘frequently asked questions’ below.
