Some of our stores will re-open on the 12th of April!

We are excited to announce Click and Collect will return from the 9th of April, ready for you to collect your orders on store opening on the 12th of April! Our number 1 priority is the safety of our staff and our customers, so we worked hard to welcome you back safely but still offer you a great experience. As such, we have put in place the following precautions:

Social Distancing

Limited number of staff and customers. Many of our stores are small, we will be restricting the number of customers in-store at any one time.
Clear social distancing markers in place and hand sanitiser stations available.

Staying safe whilst doing what we love

All our staff will have their own perspex visors to wear to enable them to serve you.

Gloves will be worn by our staff if they are required to handle any cash.

You can still try on our footwear, a sanitisation and quarantine process will be followed for all footwear tried on in-store and returned.

There will be dedicated hand sanitising stations in every store and any areas that are frequently touched will be regularly cleaned and disinfected such as surfaces, seating areas.

We’ll be replacing standard receipts with e-receipts, which will be emailed directly to you (*this might not be available in all stores until after the 12th of April).
