Back in 1989, the ZX 8000 marked a turning point for the line. Built with adidas’ top-tier Torsion System, it let the runner’s heel and forefoot move independently, dialling in stability and control at a time when running tech was moving fast. The performance conversation shifted on, but ZX didn’t disappear. It levelled up in culture instead. Pulling details from across the ZX archive, the adidas ZX 8000 MIG arrives with premium materials and German-made precision. The white colourway comes with the iconic Torsion System and is finished with leather linings, upgrading the feel over classic terry construction.
