The New Balance 471 is a versatile new silhouette that fuses the brand’s 1970s running heritage with everyday wearability. Rooted in New Balance’s unique design DNA, the 471 draws inspiration from iconic archive models that revolutionized road running performance. For the collaboration with JUNYA WATANABE MAN FW25, the footwear was crafted to align with the collection’s reimagining of rugged workwear. The upper combines a breathable mesh underlay with rugged hairy suede overlays, resulting in a bold yet functional design. Signature details include the JUNYA WATANABE MAN logo on the heel counter and insole, along with a custom shoebox that underscores the exclusivity of this collaboration.
