YEEZY SEASON 3 – NEED TO KNOW

The presentation of Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 collection and The Life of Pablo album completely took over Madison Square Gardens last night, but it being Kanye West would we expect anything less? Not many people have the ability to attract viewership of that scale and with his Kardashian / Jenner squad out in full force showing support, it’s clear to see why Kanye West believes and hopes he’ll be the next creative director for Hermes.

Everyone who is everyone attended the presentation including Anna Wintour, Olivier Rousteing, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and even fellow artists in the music industry such as 50 Cent, Kid Cudi and Travis Scott also making an appearance.

All the models, when I say all I mean all couple hundred of them, were dressed in the expected neutral tones from the Yeezy collection. We’ll look forward to the following collections which he has promised will be more affordable. yeezy-season-3

Launch | Puma X McQ | 6.02.16

Puma have recently collaborated with British contemporary fashion label McQ to produce it’s newest collection. Inspired by extreme sports and silhouettes from Puma’s 90’s archive and combining them with some exclusive neutral colour-ways they have designed something pretty special.

Models include MCQ DISC, MCQUEEN LACE UP, MCQ SERVE LO, MCQ SERVE MID, and MCQ BRACE MID. This highly sort after Spring/Summer’16 collection will be available from this Saturday the 6th of February.

Adidas Tubular Doom

The Tubular Doom launch is upon us and as the latest in the Adidas Collection we can’t wait to get our feet into them. By updating the silhouette Adidas have proven that they can continuously create new lines perfect for their consumer. The sock-like features provide comfort, a better fit and of course some added warmth which is ideal for this current weather.

New Brand | RANSOM

Ransom is a Canadian lifestyle company that draws inspiration from the great outdoors to develop it’s unique and expertly crafted designs.

The new AW14 expedition series takes inspiration from the mountainous Yosemite National Park and the city dwelling’s of the brands hometown in Toronto, Canada. The contrast of city vs. natural is the perfect balance, using simple silhouettes with premium fabrics and construction.

Here are three of OFFSPRING‘s favourites from the collection

The Alta Mid is a contemporary classic with the comfort of a traditional moccasin but with the performance of a technical runner. The soft, suede upper and featherweight EVA outsole creates a causal and slimline appearance.

The Field Lite is perfect for all terrain from mountainous trails to metropolitan streets, offered in a feather marled knit and ventilated air mesh upper with a smooth EVA rubber outsole.

The Path Lite is a technical, lightweight runner constructed with the weather resistant materials. The upper consists of lightweight nylon and 3D no sew panels and sits on an EVA, rubber traction outsole.

Reebok x Keith Haring SS14

The Reebok Classic X Keith Haring partnership and design collaboration continues with a new range for SS14, featuring four much-loved Reebok Classic silhouettes: Classic Leather Lux, Workout Mid Strap and Princess. The exclusive partnership fuses art with fashion and reflects Reebok’s commitment to culture- whether music, fashion or art- and the brand’s devotion to celebrating the world’s leading creative talent.

Each model in the Reebok Classic X Keith Haring collection features a custom Haring sock liner, full-grain leather upper with raised 3D print and Haring’s signature on the heel. The collection features bold, bright orange, pink and green uppers that are emblazoned with black artwork.

The Reebok Classic X Keith Haring collection was inspired by one of Haring’s most celebrated works, “Matrix”, a 30-foot-long-ink on paper drawing created in 1983. This internationally acclaimed work was most recently on view at the Brooklyn Museum as part of the “Keith Haring: 1978-1982” exhibition which ran from March 16 – July 8, 2012.

New Balance Blue Tab Collection

The latest release from New Balance is a lifestyle capsule collection of lightweight performance shoes that have been inspired by New Balance’s rich heritage in running. These innovative styles, the M890v, MR1400 and MRC1600 were all designed for runners and gain enhanced performance from a REVlite midsole foam. The burgundy and navy blue pack are colours that are synonymous with New Balance archives, giving a fresh twist to a performance shoe and all three styles include the unique New Balance Blue Tab sign off and additional pair of colour pop blue laces.

The M890v is from the 890 series that debuted the REVlite cushioning and proved that New Balance is a driving force behind the development and innovation of running footwear. This third generation model is built to meet the demands of world class runners and features an ABZORB crash pad for a lightweight, comfortable run.

The MR1400 is a race day, road flat and was designed to achieve an ultra slim racer that features a REVlite midsole and welded seam to reduce weight and create a lightweight speed running shoe.

The MRC1600 is one of the lightest marathon trainers and its REVlite RC midsole features a higher density foam for superior responsiveness while its high traction, featherweight Dynaride outsole delivers superior performance.

This collection bridges the gap between lifestyle and performance, bringing the aesthetics of a fashion pack against the technology of performance running trainers for the ultimate in style and innovation.

The New Balance Blue Tab Collection will be available at OFFSPRING Selfridges London from the Friday the 11th of October.
